2 Garlic
7 Red cili padi
7 Green cili padi
15 g Blacan
Roast it
30 g Dried Shrimp
Roast it

Pound all ingredients 1 to 6
Prepare sufficient oil to sautee all pounded ingredients till cook (about 2-3mins)
Add-in Salt & Sugar to taste
Ready to serve. Enjoy it with warm rice or any proteins & you can also use it to fry vegetables.

KATOK Kailan by Chef Asman

2 cloves garlicthinly sliced
 2 tbsp MKuking SAMBAL KATOK (you may get it from MKuking)
 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
 200 g Kailan

Blanch Kailan with boiling water for 10seconds & set aside
Heatup wok with 1tbsp oil
Drop-in sliced garlic
Drop-in sambal katok
Drop-in Kailan
Drop-in oyster sauce
Ready to serve
