Sambal Udang Kering by Chef Asman (from the kitchen of MKuking)By Chef Asman 771 Onions 2 Garlic 7 Red cili padi 7 Green cili padi 15 g Blacan Roast it 30 g Dried Shrimp Roast it 1 Pound all ingredients 1 to 6 Prepare sufficient oil to sautee all pounded ingredients till cook (about 2-3mins) Add-in Salt & Sugar to taste Ready to serve. Enjoy it with warm rice or any proteins & you can also use it to fry vegetables.
