The result from the 3-day survey. On day 1 – 28 respondents. 13 voted for Taste, nobody voted for price, 2 voted for location and 13 voted for Customer Service. On day 2 – 11 respondents. 6 voted for Taste, nobody voted for price and location, 7 voted for Customer Service. On day 3 – 5 respondents. 2 voted for Taste, 1 voted for Price, nobody voted for Location, 2 voted for Customer Service. Final tally 21 voted for Taste, 1 for Price, 2 for Location and 22 for Customer Service. So Customer Service tops the survey as the most important factor with Taste as the next important factor.
